Ms. Masson moved to Paris in 1992 to participate in Europe’s economic development where she established Stratcom. Today its innovative multidisciplinary training and consulting programs target the pragmatic issues of working in a global economy.
Challenged by the omnipresent inefficiencies and hidden risks,
Ms. Masson developed a groundbreaking approach to analysis & communication — the Stratcom Protocol — The Reference for optimizing performance in a multi-lateral information economy.
Inspired by over 20 years of experience dealing with the unknown factors inevitable in cross-border analysis, investment and negotiation –
the Stratcom Protocol presents a reliable framework for identifying hidden obstacles to optimize research, analysis, decisionmaking and communication across fast-changing global contexts.
